Ingredients

 3 cups baby spinach
 1 cup strawberrieschopped
 1 cucumberchopped
 1 avocadodiced
 ¼ cup pine nuts or sliced almonds
Dressing
 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 ½ cup olive oil
 2 cloves garlicminced
 2 tbsp fresh basilchopped
 1 tbsp fresh mintchopped
 salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all of the salad ingredients in a bowl.

Whisk together all of the dressing ingredients and pour enough over the salad to dress, just before serving.
