I have been using this product for years. I am almost 76 & often told I don’t look my age. I am sure this product aids skin & hair. Have very few grey hairs & my facial skin is still looking fairly firm. Yes have a few lines under my eyes & around the mouth. Not bad at all for my age. I have purchased several packs of Collogen Protein Powder from Fitat60. I am younger than 60, and am starting to see really good results. I have always had dry, wrinkly hands however I am noticing that they are starting to look less wrinkly.
