Refund policy

This policy is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items (Your ACL Rights)

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is significantly different from its description
  • Is unsafe
  • Does not do what it is reasonably expected to do

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@fitat60.com, including your order number and photos where relevant.

For ACL-related returns:

  • You will not be charged return shipping
  • We will cover reasonable postage or provide a prepaid return label

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind, except where required by law:

  • Perishable goods (such as food)
  • Personal care or hygiene products where seals have been broken
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards

Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless they are faulty or not as described under the ACL.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Request a return for the original item, and
  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to finalise the refund
