Chocolate and mint are so good together and chia seeds deliver a massive amount of nutrients with very few calories.

 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
 1 cup oat milk
 4 tbsp chia seeds
 2 tbsp raw honey
 ¼ tsp mint extract
 20 g dark chocolate shaved
 fresh mint
 1 tsp desiccated coconutoptional
What are we cooking today?

Ideal for breakfast, dessert or a day time snack and actually good for you.

Getting started

In a bowl, whisk the cocoa powder and milk, adding the milk gradually.

Add the chia seeds and mix well.

Add the honey and mint and whisk thoroughly.

5

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Garnish with the mint, chocolate and coconut and enjoy.

Blueberries are a wonderful addition to this pudding too.
