 4 tbsp peanut butter
 4 frozen bananas
 4 tbsp cacao powder
 2 tbsp Collagen PeptidesOptional
Topping options
 fresh mint
 sliced strawberry
 pumpkin seeds
 chai seeds
 raisons
 blueberries
 shredded coconut
 crushed pistachio nuts
 raw nuts

Directions

Place all the ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.

Add less milk for a thicker bowl or more for a smoother drink.

Add honey or stevia if desired.
