What a way to make Salmon come alive! Spicy, sweet, and salty all at once.
Whisk all of the ingredients in a shallow bowl (leave some chives to sprinkle after cooked).
Coat each piece of salmon in the marinade, cover with cling wrap and put in the fridge for minimum 10 minutes (ideally 2hrs-24hrs).
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Remove the plastic wrap from the baking dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. (baking time could vary depending on the thickness of the salmon).
Sprinkle with left over chives and serve.
This is a great dinner party recipe as it can all be prepared the day before. Pre-prepare a salad too and spend your time with your guests.
