Grilled mushrooms are simple and delicious. They can be served hot as a side or cold as a salad.
Preheat the oven to 230℃.
Place the mushrooms into a medium bowl, drizzle with oil and mix with a spoon to allow the oil all over the mushrooms.
Place the mushrooms on a rack and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. You may also add a spring of freshly chopped rosemary to add a bit more taste.
Note: Don't worry if you don't have fresh herbs - you can always replace it with dried ones, which applies to all the recipes!
Allow the mushrooms to roast for about 15 minutes, or until brown. Serve hot as a side with meat.
