Feb’starter Shoulder Strength
Good posture, balance and strength in your shoulders are keys to significantly improving both your confidence in how you move your body and how you pick up and carry objects. Your Personal Trainer, Fred, has put together this series of shoulder movements for you to work through and you’ll need at least 15 minutes to complete them.
And because the shoulder is one of the most complex joints it is imperative that you do not over-do these exercises. Build your confidence over time and if anything hurts, stop and seek advice from your doctor or physio.
