- ¼ lime (plus more for garnish, if needed)
- 1 small bunch fresh mint, chopped

Directions
What are we cooking today?
A non-alcoholic version of a crowd pleaser. Just add rum if you want to be naughty.
Getting started
- For this simple soft drink, you will need lime, lemon, fresh mint, ice, soda and stevia.
Place the lime, lemon and mint in a mojito maker or simply a glass and crush with a muddler. Leave some lemon and lime wedges aside for later.
Optional: add the Collagen and/or Fibre.
Put the mixture into a serving glass, add the remaining of the lemon and lime and fill 3⁄4 of the glass with ice.
Add liquid stevia (optional).
Note: Beware that stevia is many times sweeter than sugar and you should use just a few drops.Fill the glass with soda water and stir well with a spoon. Enjoy!
Annabelle's tips
Tonic water can be substituted instead of the soda water but the taste is different and somewhat bitter.
This recipe is for a single serve but simply multiply accordingly to make a jug full
