Directions
What are we cooking today?
Strawberries and bananas were just meant for each other. Their sweet flavours pair together perfectly in a smoothie.
Getting started
- Start by pouring the almond milk into the blender to avoid having the ingredients stick at the bottom of the blender.
Next add in the banana, strawberries, and the protein powder.
Optional: add Collagen and Fibre.
Turn the blender on, starting at a low speed and increase as needed.
Once the liquid looks even, pour into a cup or glass, and enjoy immediately to conserve as many nutrients as possible.
Annabelle's tips
Feel free to also add any of your favourite smoothie boosters in too, such as fresh greens, seeds or protein powder.
