Ingredients

250 g chicken breast trimmed of fat and chopped into cubes

1 tbsp flour

2 tsp salt
-
1 tbsp ground garam masala
-
1 tbsp ground turmeric
-
1 tbsp ground paprika
-
1 onion chopped
-
4 cloves garlic minced
-
2 green chilli's chopped
-
100 g chopped tomatoes (canned)
-
2 tbsp tomato puree
-
200 g reduced fat Greek yoghurt
-
1 handful fresh coriander
-
cooked rice

This curry is just so simple to make and perfect for entertaining as it can be prepared prior to your guests arriving and the house will smell magnificent!
Getting started
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
Add the flour and salt and stir to cover the chicken.
Add the garam masala, turmeric, paprika, onion, garlic, chilli, tomatoes, and tomato puree and stir well.
Cover and turn the slow cooker on high for 3 hours.
When cooked, add the yogurt and stir through well.
Serve with rice and a sprinkle of coriander.

Mango chutney and/or lime pickle are delicious accompaniment.
