700 g medium to large prawns peeled and deveined

1 bunch of coriander washed

1 bunch oregano

1 avocado

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 bunch dill

1 lemon - rind and juice

1 lime - rind and juice

This dish is so versatile. It can be a starter (served individually) or a share dish. Either way, it's an impressive dish.
Getting started
- Season the prawns with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
Add the prawns and cook, flipping periodically until pink all the way through – 8 minutes or so.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and serve as a dipping sauce for the prawns.
Garnish with fresh dill.
