- ¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

- 1 tsp pepper

Getting started
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Dress only what you will eat with the dressing below.

- Whisk all ingredients together and season with salt.
Pour enough dressing onto salad to coat all the veggies.
Annabelle's tips
- Radish, orange and shredded chicken can be added to the salad to make it a more substantial meal.
- I also sometimes sprinkle with shredded coconut and/or almond shards which go so well with the pineapple.
