1.20 kg chicken wings about 20 chicken wings
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp extra light olive oil
- 2 tsp sweet paprika

2 garlic cloves crushed

What are we cooking today?
Chicken wings are so versatile but they don't have to be smothered in sickly sauces to be delicious. This healthy version is testament to that.
Getting started
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
Combine the chicken, lemon juice, oil, paprika and garlic in a large glass or ceramic dish and set aside for 5 minutes to develop the flavours.
Brush a baking dish with oil to grease.
Add chicken to the dish and bake in oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve immediately.

- The chicken can be pre-prepared (even the night before) and cooked just before serving.
- Bbq as an alternative to oven cooking.
