100 g thinly sliced pancetta chopped

2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley chopped

24 fresh oysters on the half shell

1 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce

A take on Oysters Kilpatrick, this dish is a true crowd pleaser.
Getting started
- Preheat grill on high.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Arrange pancetta over tray. Cook for 5 minutes. Mix with parsley.
Sprinkle each oyster with pepper, 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire and pancetta.
Place oysters onto baking tray under grill. Cook for 2 minutes until warmed through and serve.

It's nice to include fresh plain oysters when serving this dish, garnished with lemon wedges.
