Ingredients
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- ¼ tsp mint extract
- 2 squares dark chocolate
- ½ handful fresh mint leaves
- ½ handful fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp almond flakes

1 tbsp Pure Hydrolyzed Collagen optional

1 tsp Prebiotic Acacia Fibre optional

What are we cooking today?
This delicious pudding takes less than 10 minutes to make (including the time to get out the ingredients!) and can be prepared the night before for a delicious breakfast. What a treat to wake up to.
Getting started
- In a small bowl, add the cocoa powder, and slowly add the coconut milk while stirring with a fork.
Add the chia seeds, honey, and mint extract all the while stirring well.
- Add the Collagen and/or Fibre (optional) and stir well.
Put into serving jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or over night).
Add shaved chocolate, mint, almonds, and raspberries before serving.
