Ingredients
- 6 medium wedges of honeydew melon
- 8 slices Parma ham
- 2 tsp macadamia oil
- 1 tsp ground black pepper

What are we cooking today?
Melon and Prosciutto is a staple starter in the Mediterranean. The sweet and the salty go perfectly together.
Getting started
- Cut the melon in half and scrape out all the seeds.
Divide the Parma ham slices. Be careful not to tear them.
Note: Genuine Parma Ham is characteristic due to its total lack of preservatives!Slice the melon into small wedges. Fold the Parma ham on a plate with melon and season the ham with freshly ground black pepper.
Drizzle the ham with macadamia oil and enjoy!

Feel free to add slices of fresh mozzarella cheese which adds another delicious element to the dish.
