Ingredients

1 head iceberg lettuce cut into 1 1/2

1 head romaine lettuce cut into 1 1/2

450 g cherry tomatoes (halved) or roma tomatoes (quartered)

170 g black olives (pitted) ideally Greek
- 110 g feta cheese

110 g radishes sliced
-
50 g anchovies optional
- 85 g extra virgin olive oil

85 g lemon juice fresh ideally
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt

4 cloves garlic minced

What are we cooking today?
The combination of juicy tomatoes, olives and crumbly feta is so distinctly Greek and absolutely delicious!
Getting started
- Combine lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and radishes in large bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients together and then toss with vegetables.
Pour out into a shallow serving bowl.
Crumble feta cheese over all, and arrange anchovy fillets on top (if desired).
