- 1 ½ cups gluten free flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ⅓ tsp baking soda

4 tsp stevia or your preferred sweetener
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 6 tbsp melted dairy free butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup

1 cup frozen blueberries

Directions
What are we cooking today?
- Preheat oven to 200ºC.
Mix the wet ingredients together, add the dry ingredients, and mix thoroughly.
Pour into 8-10 cup cake papers in cup cake tray.
Bake for 25 minutes.

If you freeze berries first they don't bleed through the mix.
