1 kg sirloin steak cut into strips

1 cup beef stock
-
½ cup soy sauce
-
1 tbsp sesame oil
-
4 cloves garlic minced
-
¼ cup brown sugar
-
1 broccoli head chopped
-
¼ cup corn flour
-
cooked rice

This super easy dish is an all time classic.
Getting started
- Add the stock, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and sugar to the slow cooker and mix well.
Add the beef, stir, cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
After 4 hours, add the corn flour and broccoli and stir.
Cover and cook on low for another 30 minutes.
Serve immediately with rice.

Great additions to this dish are spring onions, chilli, mushrooms.
