What are we cooking today?
This dish is so easy and so fresh. The only thing that takes the time is the cutting of the vegetables and herbs, but it is worth it!
Getting started
- Roll all the ingredients in the cabbage like you would a burrito.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
Dipping sauce
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
Annabelle's tip
- Add pulled pork or shredded chicken for another dimension to this delicious dish.
- For entertaining, all of the vegetables (and meat) can be served on a board along with the cabbage leaves for a make yourself kind of meal.
