- ¼ cup quinoa

1 banana chopped

1 tbsp blueberries washed

1 tbsp fresh mint chopped
- zest and juice of 1 lime

½ tbsp broken walnuts or hemp seeds or almonds

Quinoa is a versatile base for sweet or savoury dishes. This breakfast bowl is such a wonderful thing to wake up to.
Getting started
- Combine quinoa with 1 cup water in a small pot. Bring to a boil and then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
When quinoa is done cooking, mix with all the remaining ingredients and enjoy!
