HiTere was a bit of a mix up with my order. My fault.The issue was sorted very quickly, and I can highly recommend this company and their products.
Over three weeks after ordering a product from company still no goods received or even a confirmation email saying it was on the way.After I enquired I was told there was an incorrect phone number (1 digit out), & maybe something was wrong with my PO Box? There is nothing wrong with my postal address and nothing wrong with my email which company had also..So can't give a review yet as I don't have the goods I've paid for! I'll wait another week & if still haven't received my goods I'll request a refund. I get that Aust post is struggling a bit, but surely it doesn't take nearly a month to get a small parcel delivered into another state? Disappointed & it's put me off buying online again, much easier to just go to the shops now, pay for products & take them home immediately!
