Coconut Chia Berry Parfait

Coconut and berry's go so well together, making this parfait a great way to start the day.

 ½ can coconut milk
 2 tbsp black chia seeds
 2 tbsp white chia seeds
 ¼ cup raspberry preserve
 ½ cup fresh blueberries
 dried coconut shavings for garnish
 1 tbsp Collagen PeptidesOptional
 1 tsp Prebiotic Acacia FibreOptional

A healthy treat with bright colours and fresh flavours. Layers of berries with coconut chia will give you energy for the whole morning.

Getting started

Mix the coconut milk with the black chia seeds and let chill for at least 2 hours.

In each of two cups, layer 1/4 of the coconut chia mix, followed by half of the raspberry preserves and white chia seeds, and 1/4 of the coconut chia mix.

Top with fresh blueberries and coconut shavings.
