 1 cup coconut milkor almond milk
 1 frozen banana
 ¼ ripe avocado
 ½ cup frozen mixed berries
 1 handful spinach
 1 tbsp Collagen PeptidesOptional
 1 tsp Prebiotic Acacia FibreOptional
Topping options
 fresh mint
 sliced strawberry
 pumpkin seeds
 chai seeds
 raisons
 blueberries
 shredded coconut
 crushed pistachio nuts

Place all the ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.

Add less almond milk for a thicker bowl, or more for a smoother drink
