Smoothie Bowl with Cashew Butter

What a fantastic way to start the day! Or as a snack any time.

 1 small banana
 200 g fresh strawberries
 125 g frozen rasberries
 ½ tbsp lemon or lime juice
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 35 ml almond milk
 1 tbsp cashew butter
 ½ tbsp honey
 ½ tsp honey (in addition to the 1 tbsp)
 1 tbsp Collagen PeptidesOptional
 1 tsp Prebiotic Acacia FibreOptional

The day prior, peel the bananas, cut them into slices, put them in a freezer bag, close tightly and put them in the freezer.

The next day, wash and clean the strawberries and roughly cut 150g into pieces. Cut the remaining 50g of strawberries into slices.

Set aside 25g frozen raspberries.

Put remaining frozen raspberries frozen bananas, strawberry pieces, , lemon juice, 1/2tbs honey, chia seeds and almond milk in a blender and mix until creamy.

Divide the berry smoothie into bowls. Mix cashew butter, 1/2 teaspoon honey and drizzle over the smoothie bowl.

Optional: add Collagen and/or Fibre

Garnish with strawberry slices and the remaining raspberries.
