Orange Julius Smoothie

Healthy and delicious at any time of the day.

 ½ cup ice
 1 bananaideally frozen
 ½ cup orange juice
 ½ cup Greek yoghurt
 1 tsp vanilla
 1 orange - pieces and rind
 1 tsp steviaoptional
 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
 1 tbsp Collagen PeptidesOptional
 1 tsp Prebiotic Acacia FibreOptional

Add all ingredients to the blender and mix.

Pour into glass and sprinkle with flaxseed.
