Apricot Whisky Sour

A twist on a traditional Whisky Sour ... the delicious flavour of apricot.

 4 tbsp whisky
 2 tbsp apricot nectaror a smooth apricot jam (low sugar if possible)
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 apricot slice (optional)for garnish
 lime slice (optional)for garnish
 1 tbsp Collagen PeptidesOptional
 1 tsp Prebiotic Acacia FibreOptional

Combine the nectar, whisky and lemon juice in a shaker with ice and shake.

Optional: add the Collagen and/or Fibre and shake.

Pour cocktail over ice.

Garnish with apricot and/or lime slice.
