Apple Cinnamon Cereal

Cinnamon and apple are the perfect combination of flavours. A perfect snack or great way to start your day.

 ½ Half an Apple
 ¼ cup Coconut Chips
 2 tbsp Walnuts
 2 tbsp Almonds
 ½ cup Almond Milk
 ½ tsp Cinnamon
 ¼ cup cooked oats
 1 tbsp Collagen PeptidesOptional
 1 tsp Prebiotic Acacia FibreOptional

Start by washing an apple and then chop half of it into small pieces.

Put the oats in a small bowl.

Optional: add the Collagen and/or Fibre and mix well.

Add the apple pieces and all the remaining ingredients to the oats.
