A classic popular soup that can be eaten both hot and cold.

Who doesn't love a good tomato soup? Colourful and full of healthy flavour makes it a sure winner.
Cut the tomatoes, mince the onions.
Add the olive oil to a pressure cooker or deep saucepan and heat.
Add the tomatoes and minced onions to the saucepan.
Salt and pepper according to your tastes.
Cut the basil into pieces and add to the saucepan.
Cover everything with water, and allow 15 to 20 minutes of cooking.
Mix everything in blender.
Our advice: Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of coconut milk to make the soup creamier.
I've used a blender which will allow you to make your soups and compotes more simply. Just put all the ingredients in the appliance and your preparation is ready in 20 minutes. An essential device if you love soups but don't want to spend hours in the kitchen!
I recommend using organic tomatoes to avoid having to peel them. If you take tomatoes that are not organic, remember to peel them before cutting them.
