Ingredients: ½ head of iceberg lettuce; 200 g rocket; ½ cucumber; ⅓ cup pomegranate seeds; 1 avocado; ¼ cup pistachios; ¼ cup apple cider vinegar; ¼ cup olive oil; 1 garlic clove

Colourful, sweet and salty, the perfect combination of vegetables and fruit.

½ head of iceberg lettucecut and washed

200 g rocketwashed

½ cucumbersliced

⅓ cup pomegranate seeds

1 avocadocubed

¼ cup pistachioschopped

Dressing

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

¼ cup olive oil

1 garlic cloveminced

Hand tear the lettuce into a salad bowl and add the other salad ingredients.

Mix the salad dressing with a blender or whisk, and dress the salad to your liking.
