Smoothie Bowl with Cashew Butter

What a fantastic way to start the day! Or as a snack any time.

 2 small bananas
 400 g fresh strawberries
 250 g frozen rasberries
 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 75 ml almond milk
 2 tbsp cashew butter
 1 tbsp honey
 1 tsp honey (in addition to the 1 tbsp)

The day prior, peel the bananas, cut them into slices, put them in a freezer bag, close tightly and put them in the freezer.

Wash and clean the strawberries and roughly cut 300g into pieces. Cut the remaining 100g of strawberries into slices.

Set aside 50g frozen raspberries.

Put frozen bananas, strawberry pieces, remaining froze raspberries, lemon juice, 1tbsp honey, chia seeds and almond milk in a lender and mix until creamy.

Divide the berry smoothie into bowls. Mix cashew butter, 1 teaspoon honey and drizzle over the smoothie bowl.

Garnish with strawberry slices and the remaining raspberries.
