Ingredients

 1 can salmon drained
 ½ stalk celerydiced
 ½ green applediced
 1 tsp capers
 1 tbsp hemp seeds
 2 tbsp fresh parsleychopped
 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 6 witlof leaves also known as Belgian Endive

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together (except the witlof).
