Broccoli and kale have long been thought of as "superfoods" as they are so high in many nutrients, including fibre, vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, and potassium. The hummus addition here gives it a delicious Middle-Eastern slant.
Heat oven to 200º.
Place the broccoli and kale on a baking sheet and toss in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Roast for 15 minutes.
Place roasted greens in a bowl and stir in hummus until broccoli is coated.
