Ingredients: ½ pineapple; ½ medium seedless watermelon; 1 lime - juice and zest; 1 tbsp mint

Refreshing on a warm day, easy to make and so full of flavour and goodness, these icy poles are nicer than store bought.

½ pineapplechopped

½ medium seedless watermelonchopped

1 lime - juice and zest

1 tbsp mintchopped

Blend all ingredients in a blender and pour into popsicle molds and freeze for several hours or overnight.
