Chicken wings are so versatile but they don't have to be smothered in sickly sauces to be delicious. This healthy version is testament to that.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Combine the chicken, lemon juice, oil, paprika and garlic in a large glass or ceramic dish and set aside for 5 minutes to develop the flavours.
Brush a baking dish with oil to grease.
Add chicken to the dish and bake in oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve immediately.
The chicken can be pre-prepared (even the night before) and cooked just before serving.
Bbq as an alternative to oven cooking.
