 ½ cup soaked raw cashews soak for at least 20 minutes - up to 1 hour
 ½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
 ½ tsp vanilla
 1 cup berriesany combination of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries
  cup rolled gluten-free oatsraw
 1 tbsp hemp seeds

This is a delicious and easy sweet treat that’s allergy friendly, and a great way to kick off the day.

Getting started

Combine cashews, milk and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth to make cashew cream.

Layer ingredients in a small cup: Dollop of cashew cream then a spoonful of berries.

Top with oats and hemp seeds and enjoy!

Apricots and pineapple can be added or substituted for the berries for a variation on this parfait. Equally delicious.
