This delicious pudding takes less than 10 minutes to make (including the time to get out the ingredients!) and can be prepared the night before for a delicious breakfast. What a treat to wake up to.
In a small bowl, add the cocoa powder, and slowly add the coconut milk while stirring with a fork.
Add the chia seeds, honey, and mint extract all the while stirring well.
Add the Collagen and/or Fibre (optional) and stir well.
Put into serving jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or over night).
Add shaved chocolate, mint, almonds, and raspberries before serving.
Any fruit or nuts can be added before serving.
