 6 medium wedges of honeydew melon
 8 slices Parma ham
 2 tsp macadamia oil
 1 tsp ground black pepper

Melon and Prosciutto is a staple starter in the Mediterranean. The sweet and the salty go perfectly together.

Cut the melon in half and scrape out all the seeds.

Divide the Parma ham slices. Be careful not to tear them.

Note: Genuine Parma Ham is characteristic due to its total lack of preservatives!

Slice the melon into small wedges. Fold the Parma ham on a plate with melon and season the ham with freshly ground black pepper.
