 2 cups coconut milkor almond milk
 1 cup fronzen mango
 1 frozen banana
 1 cup frozen pineappleideally not ripe
 2 tbsp collagen powder
Topping options
 sliced strawberries
 pumpkin seeds
 chai seeds
 raisons
 blueberries
 shredded coconut
 crushed pistachio nuts
 fresh pineapple
 granola
 raw nuts

If pineapple not appealing, just replace with extra mango.

Place all the ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.

Add less almond milk for a thicker bowl.

Add honey or stevia if desired.

Top with whatever garnish appeals.
