Crispy Chickpeas

Every cheese board should have a bowl of these tasty gems! Delicious on their own or a great way to add a crunch to a salad.

 1 can of chickpeasdrained and rinsed
 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 1 limejuiced
 1 tbsp cumin

Heat oven to 200ÂșC.

Toss all the ingredients together, place on grease proof paper on a baking tray, roast for 30 minutes until golden and crispy (watch the last 5 mins to ensure they don't burn).
