Something a little different. A healthy frozen snack which can be adapted to your liking with any fruit or yoghurt flavour.
In a small bowl combine the coconut yogurt and honey.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Evenly spread out the berries and granola on top.
Freeze for 30 minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Crushed nuts such as pistachios or walnuts can be used as an alternative or in addition to granola.
