Coconut Yoghurt Bark

Such a great snack for any time of the day. Easy to make and super refreshing.

 1 ½ cups coconut yoghurt
 1 tbsp honey
 1 cup mixed berries
 ½ cup gluten-free granola

Something a little different. A healthy frozen snack which can be adapted to your liking with any fruit or yoghurt flavour.

Getting started

In a small bowl combine the coconut yogurt and honey.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet with baking paper.

Evenly spread out the berries and granola on top.

Freeze for 30 minutes.

Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
