 1 bananachopped
 2 tbsp blueberrieswashed
 2 tbsp fresh mintchopped
 zest and juice of 1 lime
 1 tbsp broken walnutsor hemp seeds or almonds

Quinoa is a versatile base for sweet or savoury dishes. This breakfast bowl is such a wonderful thing to wake up to.

Getting started

Combine quinoa with 1 cup water in a small pot. Bring to a boil and then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

When quinoa is done cooking, mix with all the remaining ingredients and enjoy!
