These Blueberry Baked Oat Cups are easy to make and perfect to enjoy for breakfast or a snack through the day.
Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Line a muffin tin with parchment paper liners.
Divide the mixture equally into 8 cups.
Add some berries to the top of each cup.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
They can also be frozen for up to three months.
The blueberries can be replaced with another berry or mixed berries.
