Blueberry Lemon Chia Pudding

So simple and so delicious. This pudding can be a breakfast or desert.

 ¾ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
 ¼ cup chia seeds
 zest of 2 lemons
 200 ml blueberries

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.

Add figs, raspberries or whatever fruit you prefer as a toppings or additional ingredients.
