Berry and Hemp Seed Porridge

This is a modern twist on an old favorite and the result is delicious.

 1 cup almond milk
 ½ cup hemp seeds
 ¼ cup blueberries
 1 tbsp ground Flax Seeds
 1 tbsp chia Seeds
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 ¼ cup rasberries

Hemp seeds have a rich nutrition profile. They contain high levels of fibre, antioxidants, fatty acids, minerals, and vitamins. A great way to start the day!

Getting started

Combine all of the ingredients except for the berries in a small pot, stir together and bring to a boil.

Once it’s boiling bring down the heat to a low-medium.

Allow the porridge to simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Once the mixture has thickened up remove it from the heat.

Transfer the hemp seed porridge into a bowl and add the blueberries on top.
