Berry Collagen Smoothie Bowl

Colourful, bright and tasty. Any berries work.

 2 cups Oat milkor almond milk
 3 cups frozen mixed berries
 1 frozen bananaideally not ripe
 1 tbsp collagen powder
Topping options
 sliced strawberry
 pumpkin seeds
 chai seeds
 raisons
 blueberries
 shredded coconut
 crushed pistachio nuts

Any frozen berries work for this smoothie.

Place all the ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.

Add less almond milk for a thicker bowl.

Add honey or stevia if desired.
