 ½ cup unsweetened cranberry juice
 ½ cup mixed fresh or frozen berries -strawberries, blueberries & raspberries
 ½ cucumber
 ½ cup icenot needed if using frozen berries
 1 tbsp Collagen Peptidesoptional
 1 tsp Prebiotic Acacia Fibreoptional
