A bright and fresh dish, Asparagus and Salmon Papillotes (parcels) are easy to make and delicious for a quick and easy dinner.
Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Brush the salmon steaks with olive oil and season them as desired.
Add the lemon slices.
Place each salmon steak in a foil with asparagus and rosemary, bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with dill sprigs and a little pepper.
I usually add steamed baby potatoes which go perfectly with the salmon and asparagus.
